Department Action

Alvin Vaughn, owner of lot 13 is seeking to subdivide lot 13 into two lots, lot 13A and 13B. Lot 13A will be 5.01 acres and Lot 13B will be 4.99 acres. The replat does meet the county’s subdivision and septic regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Golden Acres Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

ACTION
1) Hold Public Hearing for the Replat of Lots 13A and 13B of the Golden Acres Subdivision,
2) Consider Approval of Replat of Lots 13A and 13B of the Golden Acres Subdivision.
