FYI to Commissioners' Court for change order No. 1 to Denco Construction Specialists, IFB No. 2017-273, Collin County Adventure Camp Trail Rehabilitation. This change order is to change the gravel to a 50/50 mix of 3/8” minus crushed concrete, to 3/8” with fine crushed concrete. This blend matches the sample approved by the YMCA and Collin County. This blend will be used for the top cap of each trail type and will better meet both the durability and compaction needed for this type of project.
