NOTICE OF A SPECIAL SESSION MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in a SPECIAL SESSION meeting. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

1.		Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

		GENERAL DISCUSSION

2.	44331	EEOC conciliation agreement proposal relating to Ronald Welch, Human Resources.

		EXECUTIVE SESSION

		Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subject(s):

		Legal (551.071)

		Any action resulting from the executive session.

		The court reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
