Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology department, along with ERP Munis Project Team representing Budget, Auditing, and Purchasing departments are requesting an amendment to the Tyler Munis ERP contract. This amendment adds a modification that will allow system users to identify any issues with line item detail with one glance without having to open multiple screens to analyze the issue. Our staff performs line item detail analysis daily and this system modification will provide quicker and faster analysis in the new Munis system.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract amendment No. 2 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., RFP 2015-192, Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System, to add additional functionality for the amount of $12,750.00; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the contract amendment. md
