Public Works recommends award of one Mid-Mount Boom Mower utilizing NJPA Cooperative Contract #052417-TGR to Bane Machinery Inc. the sole source for this equipment.

Included in purchase is removal of existing mower from tractor. Install new mower onto tractor. Old mower returned to County to be disposed of as surplus.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1.) approval to sole source Bane Machinery, Inc. as the sole source provider for Tiger Corporation Mowers per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A). and 2.) approval of award of Contract No. 2018-075, Grounds and Turf Equipment, Tiger Boom Mower, through the NJPA Cooperative Contract No. 052417-TGR to Bane Machinery, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) Tiger BB-22 Mid-Mount Boom Mower and installation services for the amount of $33,462.06 per the attached documentation. md
