We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Agreement with the Town of Fairview. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2017 and continuing through and including September 30, 2018 at a cost to the City of $39,518.00 for Animal Control services.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 11 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Animal Control Services with the Town of Fairview, AGR 10112-09, to set the rate for FY2018 to be effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the same. lh
