We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve this budget amendment for donations received and deposited from October 31,2017 to November 30,2017 to be transferred to our Spay/Neuter line item to fund the Spay/Neuter Program

Funds available in the Animal Shelter Donations Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Year to date FY 2018 donations = $17,930.84. Inception to date donations = $674,827.54. Unbudgeted fund balance = $33,869.08 as of 11/30/2017.
