Information Technology is requesting approval of an amendment to the Tyler Munis ERP contract to extend dedicated Tyler project management services from February 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018 to cover the Munis GO-LIVE implementation and Post-GO-LIVE support. The Tyler Munis ERP contract was originally awarded in Commissioner’s Court on 04/25/2016. Funding for this amendment will be taken from the 03FIN funds in the amount of $103,750.00.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of amendment No. 3 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., RFP 2015-192, Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System, to extend dedicated Tyler project management services from February 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018 for the amount of $103,750.00 which will cover the Munis GO-LIVE implementation and Post-GO-LIVE support; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. md
