Department Action

The Information Technology Department respectfully requests Commissioners Court approval for entering into a license agreement
with the NCTCOG which will allow Collin County the use of cooperatively purchased, digital LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data
and derivative data (contours) for mapping, providing to contractors/vendors and web publishing.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with North Central Texas Counsel of Governments (NCTCOG) for digital LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data and derivative data (contours) for mapping and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh
