Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval of a Budget Amendment for LMC Construction Supplemental Work Orders 4 and 5 for the Relocation & Expansion of 911 Dispatch Center Project. These were previously approved by the County Administrator per Court Order 2007-180-02-27.
SWO 4 – Engineer request to move transformers to the parking garage below the electric room. Existing roof trusses were not designed to carry additional weight of the added transformers. Original truss shop drawings were not located until after bid.

SWO 5 – The Sheriff’s office requested to add sound absorbent fabric to one wall in dispatch. $5,189.36
Total for Supplemental Work Orders 4 and 5 - $13,909.07 or 2.6% of contract
Total Supplemental Work Orders for the Project - $22,588.16 or 4.2% of contract
