Public Works recommends award of one (1) Asphalt Zipper Model 480E, utilizing HGAC Cooperative Contract #SM10-16, to Asphalt Zipper, Inc. the sole-source for this equipment. This manufacturer supplies directly to purchasers, has no dealers and does not hold any other cooperative contracts.
