Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Courts approval and Judge Self’s execution of the attached Mitigation Credit Sales Agreement. This is the most efficient and cost effective manner of mitigating impacts to USACE jurisdictional wetlands by purchasing off-site wetland mitigation credits. The cost to the county for purchase of these credits is $15,800.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the attached Mitigation Credit Sales Agreement, and further allow Judge Self to execute same. The cost to the county for purchase of these credits is $15,800.
