Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests that the Commissioner’s Court approve the attached ILA with the Town of St. Paul. The agreement shall be retroactive to October 1, 2017 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2018. The agreement is good for one year with 3 annual renewals.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement with Town of St. Paul for Law Enforcement Services through September 30, 2018 with three (3) annual renewals and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

Budget Department Action

Funding is available upon approval of the remaining two ILAs. St. Paul and Nevada are the last two of four ILAs to be approved. St. Paul along with the other three cities will reimburse less than 25% each of a Deputy and startup cost which includes a vehicle and equipment. Nevada, Lowry Crossing (AI 43650) & New Hope (AI 43730) are identified as the other cities to share the cost of this Deputy and vehicle.
