Requesting Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award IFB 2017-255, OEM Toner Cartridges for Laser, Inkjet and MICR Printers, to the lowest and best bidders per the attached contract data sheet, and per VTCA LGC 262.027(b), if two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid, the Commissioners' Court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge. slh
