Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval of a Budget Amendment for LMC Construction Supplemental Work Order No. 6 for the Relocation & Expansion of 911 Dispatch Center Project. This SWO was previously approved by the County Administrator per Court Order 2007-180-02-27.
SWO 6 - Engineer request to add a second set of conduit and wire to feed a second UPS. This should have been included in the last SWO for the transformer move to the basement. $2,622.76
Total for this supplemental Work Order - $2,622.76
Total Supplemental Work Orders for the Project - $25,210.92 or 4.7% of contract.
