Department Action

Information Technology is requesting approval to advertise for proposals for a new Sheriff’s Office In-Car Video/Body Camera System RFP. In conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office, we are seeking an enterprise video hardware and software solution that will allow the Sheriff’s Office to replace the current 10+ year old video camera system. We are seeking a solution that can be expanded to other departments in the future as approved by Commissioner’s Court. The enterprise solution requested in this RFP will be paid from 03JUS funds.
