Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Tyler Jury eResponse SaaS Hosting and SMS Text Message SaaS Hosting Services. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is the hosted portion of the Tyler Jury Summons agreement. The FY24 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $130,381.65.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew Tyler Jury SMS and eResponse (01318-09) with Tyler Technologies Inc. for the period of April 20, 2024 through April 19, 2025, per the attached in the amount of $130,381.65. (ha)
Note: Tyler Technologies Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software Systems per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
