Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to: (1) approve IG, LLC dba SITE Intelligence Group as the sole source provider of Fusion Center DVE Monitoring Software per attached documentation; (2) allow an exemption from the competitive bidding process per Local Government Code 262.024(7)(a) for IG, LLC dba SITE Intelligence Group as the sole provider of Fusion Center DVE Monitoring Software; and (3) award 2024-205 Fusion Center DVE Monitoring Software in the amount of $94,500.00 to IG, LLC dba SITE Intelligence Group; and (4) Purchasing Agent to execute both the Sole Source Affidavit and the agreement for award.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $94,500 for the award of Fusion Center DVE Monitoring Software utilizing the Homeland Security Grant Program DVE - Fusion Center Software & Hardware L-Project grant funding accepted on December 4, 2023.

Auditor's Office Action

Budgeted grant funds are available in the amount of $94,500. Grant end date is April 30, 2024. All items must be received and paid for by June 30, 2024.
