Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of Change Order No. 3 to Sedalco Inc. for IFB 2022-299, Construction, CCADF, Phase 2 Addition, Central Utility Plant (CUP).
PCO 6 – Owner requested credit for not using pier casing and reconciliation of pier depths ($60,287.20)
PCO 7 – Architect requested credit to change a retaining wall to an enlarged grade beam. Structural review of the retaining wall allowed us to reduce the scope and add a code-required handrail. ($2,846.62)
PCO 8 – Engineer required change of Sanitary Sewer routing from the City required design. The city required route conflicted with the existing chilled water lines. $10,758.38.

Total changes for this contract – $300,629.31 or 1.16% of contract
