Public Works requests Commissioners Court approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Hunt County to facilitate the reconstruction of CR698.

Funds available for ILA with Hunt County to reconstruct approximately one-fourth mile of County Road 698. Total project cost is $173,628.25 with Hunt County agreeing to pay Collin County $49,149.83 for equipment, labor and materials. Collin County’s cost is $124,478.42. Agreement effective upon execution of both parties and continue in effect annually until final acceptance of the project. (1010) - Road and Bridge Fund.
