Construction and Projects requests permission to advertise for sale one acre of land in Lavon, Texas, for $760,000.00.
In April, 2018, Collin County purchased 2.37 acres in Lavon, Texas, for $750,000.00. Construction and Projects used 1.37 acres to construct site improvements and a J.P./Constable building. Within that 1.37 acres we have set aside enough land to expand the constructed building by an additional 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. In August, 2023, the City of Lavon City Council approved our plat to separate the one acre that was not used in the project. Lowery Property Advisors appraised the one acre site in February, 2024, and valued the land at $760,000.00.
