We are respectfully requesting approval from the Commissioners Court for the amended contract between North Texas Veterans Treatment Court and William Brownfield, the North Texas Veterans Treatment Court Mental Health Coordinator, for the fiscal year 2023-2024 through the Veterans Treatment Court Grant from the Texas Veterans Commission.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract 2024-209, Personal Services Agreement: (VTC) William Brownfield with William Brownfield to update Exhibit A to reflect payment schedule for new salary of $70,000 per year and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
