City of Lavon EDC request approval from Public Works for construction of a city monument. The proposed monument would partially be located in TxDot's right of way. TxDot's consent is partially contingent upon Collin County's prior approval. In the event the EDC request is approved by Commissioners' Court, PW will facilitate a "hold harmless" agreement through their attorney.
