Information

Department Action

The Project shall consist of the design and construction of the two (2) future eastern lanes of concrete pavement for the future four (4) lane divided roadway. The Engineering is completed and construction is anticipated to start summer 2016. This roadway is on the county’s Mobility Plan.

The City estimates the total cost of the project to be $1,078,146. The county’s portion ($539,073) will come from reallocated, City of Parker completed 2003 and 2007 bond funds. (#03-041 and #07-055: McCreary from Parker to McWhirter)

ACTION:
We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Parker for Allen Heights from Chaparral Rd. to Salisbury Drive – New 2007 Bond Project #07-00-63. Collin County participation not to exceed $539,073 and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Parker concerning the widening of Allen Heights from Chaparral Road to Salisbury Drive; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. md

Collin County's participation is a NTE $539,073.00.
