Request approval of the Court to enter into a Closed POD Agreement with INTEL for the purpose of allowing them to manage distribution to its employees and their families in the event of a public health emergency.  They will serve as a Closed Point of Dispensing in the event of an emergency caused by bioterrorism, pandemic influenza, or a novel or highly fatal infection agent or biological toxin.
