I respectfully submit to Commissioners' Court to accept and sign the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Plano for the 2016/2017 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG). As in years past, this grant will be administered by the City of Plano. Our share is $16,649.00

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the 2016/2017 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Interlocal Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding between the Collin County Sheriff's Office, City of McKinney, and the City of Plano. Grant is applied for and administered by the City of Plano Police Department and the grant period is October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2019. No County match is required. Further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. jd
