Department Action

The Information Technology department is requesting Commissioner Court approve to add 50 new licenses to the Microsoft Enterprise Re-Enrollment Agreement for Elections. These 50 new licenses are required in order to support the additional technology equipment previously approved by the court. The Elections agreement was previously approved under court order 2016-325-05-16.

Funding for this line item is included as part of the regular FY16 maintenance budget.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to add 50 new licenses to AGR No. 2016-225, Microsoft Enterprise Re-Enrollment for Elections with SHI and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. cw

The Elections agreement was previously approved under court order 2016-325-05-16.
