Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding RFP No. 02376-09, Voter Registration and Early Voting Software for existing VEMACS Support (Votec Corporation) and VoteSafe Software for the following: 1)Approve Votec Corporation as the sole source provider (per attached affidavits) and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A), 2) Approve purchase of  50 VoteSafe licenses to be added to contract in the amount of $40,000.00 (per attached quote), 3) Approve  purchase of 4 additional Oracle License for VEMACS Clients in the amount of $2,000.00 (per attached quote). cw

Budgeted funds available for Election Enhancements 50 Licenses in the amount of $40,000 per c/o# 2016-288-05-02.  033 - Contract Elections Fund. 
Existing funds available for the 4 Oracle licenses in the amount of $2,000 in 033 - Contract Elections Fund.
For a total of $42,000 funds available in 033 - Contract Elections Fund
