Department Action

The Project consists of the design and construction of one mile of the south two lanes to complete the ultimate four lanes for Betsy Lane. The Engineering and construction is complete.

The total cost of the project was $3,650,000. The city received RTR funding in the amount of $2,560,480. The county’s participation is $1,047,750. The remainder, $41,770 is being paid by the city for the Trail system section of the project.

ACTION:
We request Commissioners Court consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Murphy for Betsy Lane from FM 2551 to McCreary Road. 2007 Bond Project #07-053
Collin County participation not to exceed $1,047,750 and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Murphy concerning the design and construction of Betsy Lane from FM 2551 (North Murphy Road) to McCreary Road; further authorize the County judge to execute same. md

Collin County's participation is a NTE $1,047,750.00.
