Department Action

The Information Technology department is requesting the Commissioners Court to authorize a renewal of the Amtek scanner maintenance contract for the upcoming fiscal year. This contract has one remaining renewal term.

This cost will be budgeted as part of the FY17 maintenance plan.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Change Order #4 to Annual Maintenance for Fujitsu Scanners, IFB No. 2013-288 to extend the contract for one (1) year, beginning October 1, 2016 through and including September 30, 2017 and add and delete scanners per the attached; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
