The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to award a contract in the amount of $352,387.10 to McMahon Contracting, LP for construction of a bridge on the above referenced road. McMahon is the lowest qualified bidder based on evaluation of the bids and contractor qualifications.
