Department Action

The Engineering Department requests the Collin County Toll Road Authority's authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Agreement with Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. for schematic design of the Collin County Outer Loop from U.S. Highway 75 west to F.M. Highway 2478 (Custer Road).
Their proposed fee for these services is $1,555,935.20. If accepted, approval a budget amendment from project code OL003 (project completed) into a new project code for this schematic is requested.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Collin County Toll Road Authority's consideration and any action regarding approval of a scope and fee proposal from Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. for schematic design of the Collin County Outer Loop from U.S. Highway 75 west to F.M. Highway 2478 (Custer Road) in the amount of $1,555,935.20; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the engineering services agreement.

Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc. was selected as the most qualified firm per resolution 2016-3010-04-25.
