Public Health Emergency Preparedness FY 2017 Grant is an amendment to the existing FY 2016 contract, increasing grant funds from $545,327 to $1,090,654. A 10% county match increase from $54,728 to $109,281 is required and being met through existing personnel time and in-kind MRC volunteer hours. Total program funding increased from $600,055 to $1,199,935. Grant funding consist of personnel as well as training and travel, supplies, Computer Go-Kit, software, and cell phones. County could be responsible for the maintenance of equipment after the grant term expires. Grant period is July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
