Department Action

Collin County, the City of Celina and NTTA have prepared an amendment to the ILA for the DNT service roads to cover the extension of DNT 4A north of FM 428 to the Denton County line. The provisions are the same as we already have in place for DNT 4A, this just extends the coverage to the new service road that is being funded through RTR funds previously allocated to Denton County.
It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve the attached 1st Amendment and authorize Judge Self to execute the document.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the First Amendment to the Inter-local Agreement by and among the City of Celina, Collin County, and the North Texas Tollway Authority; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. md
