Department Action

Request approval for a petty cash fund as required by Section 130.909 of the Local Government Code. This petty cash fund is to be kept by the Tax Assessor/Collector to pay off-duty law enforcement officers to provide security service. The attached procedures including the petty cash fund will resolve the findings in the attached audit performed by the County Auditor.
