I respectfully request Commissioner's Court to approve an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the Baylor Scott & White Public Safety Office.

This is for Jail Services thru, and including, September 30, 2018, and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2018-058 Interlocal Jail Services for the Baylor Scott & White Public Safety Office through September 30, 2018 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. go
