Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of the Lease Agreement between Collin County and RDNPLN, LLC (Frisco Printing) for property located at 8585 John Wesley Drive, Suite 200, Frisco, TX for a period of three years beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2020. Base rent for the term is $21.00 per square foot or $3,640.00 per month. This is an increase of $1.00 per square foot over the previous lease.
