To request the Court's consideration and any action regarding approval to sole source Dominion Voting Systems, Inc as the sole provider for Election Management Services per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(7)(A).

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to 1) sole source Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. as the sole source provider for Election Management Services for November 2018 through June 2019 elections per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A) and 2) accept donation of 900 TSX Voting machines, Collin County will be responsible for the refurbishing, testing, and make ready at $83.45 per unit. sh
