Discussion regarding CUC TechShare JCMS agreement and the CUC moving TechShare to a corporation "TechShare LGC" under the local government corporation permitted by Subchapter D, Chapter 431, Texas Transportation Code and Chapter 394, Texas Local Government Code, and shall be a governmental unit within the meaning of Section 101.001 Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code.

IT will provide current  agreement and the purposed draft documents for TechShare LGC.
