Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Dominion Voting for TSX Voting Machine support and GEMS Software support. The FY19 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The estimated cost of the maintenance agreement is $274,089.86.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY19 maintenance request.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance (2018-318) with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. for the period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019, per the attached in the amount of $274,089.86. cw

Note: Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. is the sole source provider for the Election Management Services per Court Order No. 2018-583-07-23.
