Department Action

Public Works requests Commissioners' Court approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Josephine to FDR/TCP/Stripe Hubbard Road. The project will be financed through a five year payback plan. Public Works will not provide a warranty for roads reconstructed within or adjacent to the Josephine boundaries.

Purchasing Department Action

Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Josephine concerning the FDR/TCP/Stripe Hubbard Road project by Collin County Public Works and repayment of construction costs of $212,010.00 over a five (5) year period; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. gz
