FY19 Maintenance Contract Renewal Authorization for Laserfiche Maintenance
At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract for Laserfiche content management through MCCi. The FY19 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The estimated cost of the maintenance agreement is $107,484.20.
This line item will be included as part of the regular FY19 maintenance request.
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance, Records Managment System (Laserfiche) (2013-019) with MCCi, LLC for the for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 in the amount of $107,484.20 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. The Sole Source provider for this service is MCCi per Court Order No. 2008-1027-11-11.sh
