The Law Librarian was notified on November 29, 2018, by the Auditor’s office that there was a discrepancy on the FY 2019 Adopted Fee Schedule compared to the FY 2018 Adopted Fee Schedule. Although the FY 2018 Fee Schedule was complete with all amendments/additions at the time of adoption, some data was lost subsequent to its adoption. An audit was immediately conducted of all 1,677 records in the FY 2018 Adopted Fee Schedule comparing the records to the FY 2019 Adopted Fee Schedule and it was discovered that two departments’ schedules, the District Clerk and the Justice of the Peace, were missing data from the FY 2018 Fee Schedule. This data loss was carried over when the FY 2019 Fee Schedule was created.

The data has been restored, but the amended FY 2019 Fee Schedules for the District Clerk and the Justice of the Peace attached need to be re-adopted so that the fee schedules for these two departments are complete.
