This is to request Commissioners Court ratification of County Judge’s prior approval to submit a Court Records Preservation grant application to the Texas Bar Historical Foundation in the amount of $8,000. These foundation funds will be utilized to restore and preserve historical county court records dating from 1876 – 1880.
