The Collin County Sheriff's Office is notifying the Commissioners Court of a budget amendment for the purpose of utilizing seized funds. This budget amendment is to be used to purchase the K-9 and Handler training. The funds will be moved from the General forfeiture account into the Training (forfeiture) account.
