We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the Town of Fairview.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 12 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the Town of Fairview, AGR 10102-09, to set the rate for FY2019 to be effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. mc
