Department Action

This is a request to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Collin College Public Safety Training Center. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide training through Collin College.

Collin College and Training Provider (CCSO) enter into an agreement whereupon Training Provider agrees to pay College for tuition, fees, and/or other services as authorized by this agreement. The duration of the agreement, specific costs covered, and amount for which the Training Provider will be responsible are defined in the attachments. The agreement duration shall be an as needed and open-ended agreement until one party notifies the other party in writing.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2019-135 Interlocal Public Safety Training through Collin County Community College District and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. DC
