This is a request to Commissioners Court by the Sheriff’s Office of a budget amendment for $199,205. The amendment is to propose moving the SCAAP funds from the SCAAP-JAIL OPS-Overtime line item to the SCAAP-JAIL OPS-NC GT Miscellaneous line item.

Budget Amendment in the amount of $199,205 to move SCAAP Grant funds from the Overtime line to the Miscellaneous line. Historically this grant has been mainly used to cover overtime costs. Reallocation of these funds will cause the County to have to cover more of the overtime expense.
