Project Access Annual Presentation. Funds are budgeted in the FY 2020 budget in the amount of $485,000 which is Collin County's original agreement with Project Access. Funds will only be distributed when and if Project Access falls below one year's worth of operating expenses. Project Access is currently spending down their surplus budget per Commissioner Court's recommendation.
