The Elections Department is requesting approval for the following: 1) Approve Elections Data Solutions, Inc. as the sole source provider for ElectBooks Billing Software and licensing. 2) Approval of award of AGR No. 2019-225, ElectBooks Billing Software, for the purchase of the Software licensing fee in the amount of $34,016.28, per the attached documentation.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1.) Approve Election Data Solutions, Inc. as the sole source provider for ElectBooks Software per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A). and 2.) Approval of award of AGR No. 2019-225, ElectBooks Billing Software, for the purchase of the Software licensing fee in the amount of $34,016.28, per the attached proposal and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. cw

Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(7)(A), approval to award Elect Books Billing Software (AGR No. 2019-225) to Elections Data Solutions, Inc. and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Elections.
